My wife and I on our morning walk 2.1 miles this morning. I will be doing this a lot more in a few months.

4.23 miles today. 8321 steps. A nice cool afternoon. A friend of mine went with us today and we had a good walk.
Didn’t post yesterday but walked 1.4 miles.
2.51 miles this morning. A little overcast and humid but 75 degrees. It took about 40 minutes.
2.15 miles today . It was around 76 degrees and felt a little humid. But not to bad. It took us about 36 minutes.
2.5 miles today. Overcast a little 75 degrees and a little humid. It took about 40 min.
1.7 miles this afternoon. 89 degrees.

2.6 miles this morning. 72 degrees. I have to go into work but it shouldn’t take long.
I didn’t feel like walking this morning. But at 7:15 I put on my shoes and took off for 2.1 miles. Kind of muggy this morning around 73 degrees.
2.1 miles this morning. 71 degrees a beautiful day.
2.02 miles this morning. it was a little humid and around 75 degrees.
3.3 miles today 5986 steps. It was a great morning for a walk. 75 degrees no wind.
